These connectors comply with all relevant European standards and feature a dual-walled design. The exterior is made of polyolefin tubing, while the inside contains a hot melt adhesive. Wire gauge imprints and color identification are provided on the connectors, and the ideal translucent material offers tensile strength, allows visual inspection, prevents corrosion, and provides a waterproof seal.

Please note that the male and female quick disconnect terminals are made with thinner (0.4mm) but harder tinned brass for durable quick disconnect and connect applications. Only the polyolefin tubing is waterproof after heating, as the metal ring is not waterproof.

The TICONN heat shrink connectors have a shrinkage ratio of 3:1, a minimum shrink temperature of 175°F (80°C), and a full recovery temperature of 265°F (130°C). The operating temperature range is from -65°F to 255°F (-55°C to 125°C). The hot melt adhesive is designed to evenly shrink when heated, without deformation or burning, and provides a waterproof seal at both ends after shrinking.

The thickened tinned copper layer offers better conductivity and shape, and the delicate interior structure features a brazed seam. TICONN offers a variety of heat shrink connector kits, including 120PCS, 160PCS, 250PCS, 400PCS, and 500PCS options.
